Private virtual server (VPS) hosting
High-availability virtual server service built for demanding business-critical applications. A distributed NVMe cluster in Estonia ensures data preservation and service continuity even in the event of hardware failure.
Infrastructure and technical capabilities
NVMe replication
There are always three real-time copies of your data on separate storage nodes. A single server failure does not put your data at risk or cause downtime.
Cluster-based virtualisation
Servers run in a high-availability cluster. In the event of a hardware failure, automatic failover kicks in: the virtual server starts on another node within minutes.
Fast drives only
All storage is exclusively NVMe, not SSD or HDD. Lowest latency and maximum throughput in every server.
Estonian data centre
All infrastructure is located in an Estonian data centre. Data sovereignty, GDPR compliance and fast connectivity to local networks.
Service packages
All packages can be customised. Prices exclude VAT.

Responsibilities and monitoring
VPS is IaaS: infrastructure in our hands, software in yours. The table below clarifies who is responsible for what.
| Area | Spin TEK | You |
|---|---|---|
| Physical hardware | ✓ | |
| Virtualisation (KVM) | ✓ | |
| Storage cluster | ✓ | |
| Network and firewall | ✓ | |
| OS management and security updates | ✓ | |
| Applications and data | ✓ | |
| Monitoring (OS and services) | Linux management add-on ↗ | ✓ |
| Data backup | available as add-on | ✓ |
OS lifecycle management is the client's responsibility. An operating system that has reached end of vendor support and no longer receives security patches poses a risk to data centre security. Spin TEK may restrict network access to such servers if necessary.
