National cemetery management information system

A nationwide cemetery management information system through which we preserve burial records and Estonian cemetery cultural history at nearly 200 cemeteries across Estonia.

The system simplifies the daily work of cemetery staff by helping to preserve and organise burial data, and makes this data public for history enthusiasts and plot users. The information system is connected to a public cemetery portal where people can search for the deceased and communicate with cemeteries.

Estonian national pet register

The pet register LLR is the only nationwide pet register in Estonia that complies with legislation, national requirements, and the needs of local governments.

The register is web-based software to which contracted local governments and their authorised veterinarians, shelters, and officials across Estonia add data. Pet owners have a portal at www.llr.ee where they can register their animals themselves.

Vacation and rental exemption system for Tallink Takso

Using this software, we digitised the application and processing of vacation and rental days for all Tallink Takso partners, which was previously done on paper. The information system created is also integrated with Tallink Takso's own taxi system, which is used to check all drivers' trips and generate accounting tables for generating rental invoices in bookkeeping.

Tree felling permits information system

RAIE is Tallinn's tree felling permit information system, which helps property owners conveniently submit applications for felling and maintenance pruning permits online and easily monitor the entire process from one environment.

The first RAIE system was created in 1999 and has been continuously evolving over the years. In 2025, the system underwent a thorough overhaul, resulting in a completely new technical solution that meets today's requirements in terms of usability, security, and data quality.
